Beaumont Park among Yorkshire favourites August 31, 2022
Some 364 parks across the UK were nominated and voted upon for the Favourite Park 2022 award organised by Fields in Trust, a charity which champions parks and green spaces.
The overall winner this year was the Penrhos Coastal Park at Holyhead, Isle of Anglesey, in Wales, but Beaumont Park made the regional top five list along with Graves Park, Sheffield; Parkinson's Park, Guiseley; Roundhay Park, Leeds; and Rowntree Park, York.
