Huddersfield Giants miss out on Rugby League Challenge Cup May 28, 2022

The final scoreline in the Rugby League Challenge Cup Final at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in London on Saturday May 28 was Huddersfield Giants 14 - Wigan Warriors 16.

Despite a giant effort from the Huddersfield team, goal conversions were lacking after their three tries and a Wigan try in the last few minutes of the game swung the trophy in their direction.

Huddersfield last reached the final in 2009 but have not won the Rugby League Challenge Cup since their sixth success in the competition 69 years ago in 1953.
