High standards in Huddersfield parks March 2021
Near 100 parks and green spaces across Yorkshire have the awards which reflect their high standards.
Beaumont Park and Greenhead Park in Huddersfield are both among them and Castle Hill has also gained the accolade.
Both the parks have friends groups which work with Kirklees Council to help ensure the parks are kept attractive.
The Green Flag Awards scheme is managed in England by the Keep Britain Tidy group under licence from the Government.
